Time to tone up for summer fun.

I daydream about summer. Perfect sunny days filled with Popcicles, barbecues, and, of course, one of my favorite parts, the beach. In order to prepare for the sand and surf, I’ve created a workout routine.
I combined moves I researched on the web with my own. The moves in my workout help to tone your abdominal muscles, thighs, upper arms, and butt. So, if you are ready to sweat, blast your favorite playlist and get going! You can take small breaks, in between routines, if needed in the beginning.
Here is my routine:
50 sit-ups
30 fire hydrants, for each leg
2 minutes of bicycle pedals
10 push ups - you can do the girly ones!
1 minute plank
10 jump squats
50 bridges
40 squats
30 side lunges
30 butt-kickers - for each leg
Get moving into summer, with these suggestions or a routine of your own. There are lots of ideas on the web.
